The biggest names in the sector dominated the awards, with Axis Europe, Bell Group, Cardo Group, Chigwell London, CLC Contractors, Combined Facilities Management, Equans Regeneration, Ian Williams, Jones Building Group, Synergize, TW Group South Wales and United Living Property Services securing places on all four of the framework’s major work lots.

The four-year Responsive Repairs, Disrepair Works and Void Services framework is available to housing associations and other social housing providers across the UK.

Its largest package is a £180m lot covering higher-value responsive repairs and void refurbishment, alongside three further £100m lots for void refurbishment, responsive repairs and disrepair works. Together the four lots are valued at £480m.

Other firms to secure multiple appointments across the largest work packages include Allerton Damp Proofing, BCS Electrical and Building Services, Buston & Maughan, Foster Property Maintenance, Greenview Gas and MNM Property Services. Logic Contract Services, Nicor Construction, Purdy Contracts, T Gilmartin and UPS Building & Maintenance also won places on several of the higher-value lots.

In total, 86 suppliers have been appointed to the wider framework, which also covers lower-value repairs, cleaning and clearing, security and pest control services.

The framework is due to commence on 31 July following the standstill period and will run for an initial three years with the option of a one-year extension.
